1. Go to the top of SV Summary page (https://kero.hgc.jp/longread_viewer/genome_browser)

2. To show SV viewer, click SV Viewer (A) or Circos plot (B).

3. Click junction or chromosome box for your interest (A) on the viewer.

4. Interactive genome browser will be displayed.

5. When you click translocation arc bar on SV viewer, two genome browser will be opened as two
break
points (Fig.3 A).

6. Otherwise, when you click chromosome arc bar, genome browser ,which has whole chromosomal
region,
will be opened (Fig3. B).
A. Two genome browsers have been shown for Translocation break points.
B. Whole chromosome region has been shown with genes and SV tracks.
